Top 10 Kicks of 2010

10. Kobe "Grinch" VI- Sneaking its way on to my top 10 list is the Kobe "Grinch" VI. As ya may have seen on my previous post the House of Hoops exclusive is super flashy and a little out of my element but its creativity and comfort make for an excellent sneaker for any situation on or off the court.

9. Nike "Copper" Foamposite- Foamposites have always been a well sought after sneakers and Nike really impress everyone with the new color way.

8. Nike Infrared Air Max 90- Everything about this sneaker screams classic, the color ways, the silhouette, and the comfort. Even though Nike releases it every year it can always make a argument to be on any top 10 list.

7. Nike Air Max Uptempo "Olympic"- Although I have yet to get my hands on a pair of the classic Pippens, I still feels its deserves a spot on my list. A House of Hoops exclusive and the first time this sneaker has been retroed.

6. Nike Lebron VII "South Beach"- As much as I hate to this sneaker in top 10 it rightfully deserves a spot its the "Tiffany SB" of basketball sneakers with the similar color way. This sneaker had the sneaker community buzzing as some were willing to pay top dollar to get their hands on a pair.

5. Air Jordan XI "Cool Grey"- To some this may be the sneaker of the year but since I couldn't get my hands on a pair Ima hate a little and put at number 5. The first time the sneaker been release since 2001, the "Cool Greys" got the same treatment his black brother the Space Jams did last year with every store in the world having a line looking like people were receiving there welfare checks which I'm sure some people were spending to get their pair.

4.Air Jordan Doernbecher III- At first this sneaker caught alot of heat and not too many were feeling them at first sight. But as the release date came closer and closer, more and more people were wondering where they would be able to get their pair. As for me I took my talents to Atlanta's Lenox mall to get my hands on the rare charitable kicks.

3. Nike Air Max 1 Parra x Patta- This over seas release was the talk of the sneaker community at one point. People in Amsterdam were lined up for days to buy the candy like sneaker.

2. Air Jordan Premio Bin 9- Coming in at the 2 spot is the Bin 9. The sequal of Bin series really caught people shock taking some back to the day when Marshall Faulk sported his low cut PE version.

1. Jay-z x Nike Air Force 1- Now Im not even going to sugar coat this if you got your hands on any pair of these your THAT NIGGA. The Jay-z and Nike collaboration are by far the most rarest of sneakers to be released in history. The sneaker were only released on ebay and only 2 pairs of each sneaker would be made and one of course going to Jay-z. The bids ended anywhere between $1,200-$2,500. Of course I tested my luck and took my bidding all the way up to $600 for the Puerto Rico pair but fell short.
